New Customers
Please contact our office through telephone 078 88 99 740 or email: info@tropicalzone.ch. Alternatively by filling out the new customer application form. Please fill out the state tax # on the application form. We also need a copy of your Business License for Retail, State Tax License and a picture ID. Please post the copies to Herzogstrasse 6, 3014 Bern. Attention: Wholesale Department. To receive Tropical Zone Engros credit terms, 15 or 30 days, you must receive prior office approval.
To Place an Order
Please place your orders by following the instructions on our Web-site or call your Tropical Zone sales representative: 078 88 99 740. You profit on our best wholesale prices when you buy by “full cases, „or at least, a minimum of 6pcs per product and your order is more than 500 CHF.

We delivery with our own truck, for urgent and small orders we recommended sending your order through the post (This service is per cash on delivery where the sending cost and handling will be added to the invoice.)

Return & exchange
All query or compliant must be made immediately on receiving your order via e-mail or phone. Any returns which have been approved by us must be returned within 7 days from the date you received the goods. Please never send any goods to us prior to our notification. If there is a problem with the product and the mistake is from us, we will replace the product at no cost to you (Only if returned in the same condition sent to you). If you need to return products exceeding the 7days return period, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and you will still be liable for shipping charges.

Synthetic and human hair Wigs / Hair extensions, Eye lashes, Nail Polishes,
blades and Food/Frozen Foods:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.
In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.

All replacements or refunds should be made within 7 days after receiving the items and the items should not be unpacked or used
